ABOUT
There’s a relationship between the condition of our homes or workplaces and the quality of our lives. That’s why I’m passionate about guiding people through holistic transformations of space, heart, and life. Trained and certified with the Western School of Feng Shui and seasoned by more than 20 years of experience, I help people achieve remarkable changes in their lives.
I’m a columnist for BizCatalyst 360˚ and The OWL magazine (my column is called, “Write for Good”), the author of four books (Abundant Heart: Thoughts on Healing, Loving, and Living Free, Live Inspired, Let Go Courageously and Live with Love: Transform Your Life with Feng Shui, and the Cherish Your World Gift Book of 100 Tips to Enhance Your Home and Life). My essay, “He Had me at Mary Oliver,” is published in the best-selling anthology, Crappy to Happy: True Stories of Grit, Grace, and Love. And my essay, “My Son and Me,” is published in Mayhem to Miracles: True Stories of Courage, Triumph, and Peace.
I’ve been a full-time parent and an assistant professor at Ohio Wesleyan University. I have a Ph.D. in political science from The Ohio State University. My joys include laughing with loved ones, dancing, reading, meditating, running, being in nature, and listening to music. I live in Black Mountain, NC.
Here’s a brief video of my story.
